At Rooted in Serenity Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care. To ensure that our practice is the right fit for your needs, we kindly ask all new clients to complete a brief pre-intake screening form.

Our practice offers psychiatric medication management for adults in Connecticut experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and insomnia. We do not provide crisis services, emergency care, or treatment for certain complex psychiatric conditions.

If your care would be better supported by a different provider or setting, we will do our best to offer referrals or recommendations.
