At Rooted in Serenity Behavioral Health, I provide psychiatric medication management for adults seeking relief from anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, and other emotional health challenges.
Sessions are held via secure telehealth, offering flexible, private care from the comfort of your own space. Currently, I only accept self-pay while credentialing is underway. I’m committed to making the process feel clear, safe, and collaborative.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
60 minute appointment $170
This first appointment is a welcoming and collaborative space for a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We’ll explore your mental health history, medical background, family and social factors, and current concerns. Together, we’ll identify your treatment goals, discuss care options, and—if appropriate—consider medication recommendations tailored to your needs.
Follow-Up Visit
20 to 30 minute follow up $100
Follow-up sessions provide time to check in on your progress, evaluate how medications are working, and address any new symptoms or questions. We’ll revisit your goals, make adjustments as needed, and ensure your treatment continues to feel supportive, responsive, and aligned with your evolving needs.
Extended Follow-Up Visit
40 minute $135
Extended follow-ups are ideal for individuals managing more complex care needs—such as multiple diagnoses, medication changes, or the review of lab results. These sessions offer additional time to explore your experiences in greater depth, support emotional processing, and integrate brief coping strategies alongside medication management.
Why Choose Self-Pay
We understand that investing in your mental health is a significant decision—and one that should feel grounded in clarity and trust.
At Rooted in Serenity Behavioral Health, we offer self-pay options to provide you with the most transparent, private, and flexible care possible.
Benefits:
Confidentiality & Consent
You don’t need to worry about diagnosis codes being submitted to your insurance without your consent.
Your treatment stays between you and your provider—always. No Insurance Restrictions
Self-pay care allows us to make clinical decisions based on what’s best for you—not based on what an insurance company will approve or cover.Clarity & Simplicity
You’ll always know what you’re paying and why. We offer clear rates, no surprise fees, and optional documentation (superbills) if you’d like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected cost of services—before your visit.
If you're not using insurance or are paying out of pocket, we’ll provide you with a Good Faith Estimate at the time of scheduling.
Important Information:
Rooted in Serenity Behavioral Health is an outpatient psychiatric medication management practice and does not provide emergency or after-hours crisis services.
If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency—including thoughts of harming yourself or others, severe medication side effects, or a sudden decline in your mental health—you should call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact:
988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline – Call or text 988 (24/7, free, and confidential)
Mobile Crisis Services in CT – Dial 211 and follow the prompts for mental health support
Crisis Text Line – Text HOME to 741741
For individuals who require more intensive support than cannot be safely managed in a telehealth outpatient setting, I may recommend a higher level of care, such as intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), or inpatient treatment. These referrals are based on clinical need and aimed at ensuring you receive the most appropriate and effective support.
Please note: Rooted in Serenity does not provide crisis intervention, inpatient coordination, or on-call services. If ongoing care needs extend beyond the scope of this practice, a transition to a more structured or in-person treatment setting may be necessary to ensure your safety and therapeutic progress.
